Latent & Sensible, separate type Air Handling Unit
Sensible and latent heat separation air conditioning systems use separate air handling unit for treating latent heat and sensible heat, making it possible to provide air conditioning without installing a separate air conditioner.
Energy saving
Energy savings are achieved by using EC fans and high-efficiency fans.
PM2.5 Countermeasures
SINKO offers the following lineup to deal with airborne particulate matter measuring 2.5 μm or less.
NOX, SOX measures
The measurement method for the gas components removed by the air washer is introduced below.
Low-temperature regeneration desiccant air Handling unit
Previously, a high regeneration temperature of around 100°C was required for the desiccant rotor, but by using a new polymer adsorbent as the desiccant material, it is now possible to regenerate efficiently from 40°C. As a result, it is now possible to effectively utilize low-temperature exhaust heat (40°C to 80°C) that was previously discarded, and perform dehumidification (latent heat treatment).
Balance of a blower
An unbalanced rotor (fan runner in the case of an air conditioner) not only exerts alternating forces on the bearings and foundations, but also causes mechanical vibration. To accurately determine the balance of a rotating machine, experiments on vibration and noise, etc., must be carried out on-site or in a laboratory according to the conditions of use to determine the balance, or the balance must be calculated so that the unbalanced forces acting on the bearings do not reach the bearings’ tolerance limits.
AIR HANDLING UNIT for CLEAN ROOM
SINKO has been supplying reliable and high performance equipments since the first clean room was built in Japan. Clean Room Series will ensure higher class clean rooms making full use of technical skills and organization which is acquired from the past experience.
